Reviews and Ratings
I had a great time at Park Plaza Resort, enjoying the convenience of its location close to the slopes and local dining. The staff was exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. However, I did notice that the unit I stayed in could use some updating, particularly in the kitchen appliances and sofa comfort.
My experience at Park Plaza Resort was mostly enjoyable, with standout moments like the friendly staff and cozy accommodations. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and themed events that added a fun touch to my stay. However, the ongoing renovations did create some discomfort due to dust and noise. Overall, I would rate my stay positively but with a few considerations due to these issues.
My stay at Park Plaza Resort was a mix of enjoyable and frustrating moments. The location was fantastic, so close to the slopes and the free shuttle made it easy to get around without needing a car. The room itself was clean and cozy with a nice kitchenette, but we did face some issues with noise from the elevator and a thermostat that couldn't be adjusted below 68 degrees. While the staff were friendly, I was hoping for better management follow-up regarding the noise complaints.
My stay at Park Plaza Resort was mostly enjoyable, with warm staff and a great location near the slopes. However, the lack of functioning facilities like the pool and issues with the elevator impacted my experience. Overall, I found the accommodations clean and spacious, but there were some hiccups during my stay that could be improved upon.
My stay at Park Plaza Resort was pleasant overall, featuring friendly service and the convenience of a full kitchen in my studio. However, I was disappointed that the pool and spa were closed for renovations, which limited some recreational options. While the resort staff tried to make our experience better, the noise from other guests in close proximity was an unfortunate downside.
